On Tuesday, April 2, we had lunch and went to the Kamo River to view cherry blossoms during our noon break. Although we called it hanami, the flowers had not yet bloomed at all. The days after that were rainy, so we had a nice sunny day for hanami, which also served as a welcome party for new students.
